WindowFX and Longhorn

The current issue of Maximum PC showed some pics of the new Longhorn 3D desktop. It looks a lot like WindowFX, I immediately had to wonder if Stardock has had any input into the design of "Aero Glass" (current name for the 3D interface)

No though former Stardock developers work on the team.

What... no non disclosure/conflict of interest contracts to prevent the former Stardock developers from using what appears to be Stardock idea's and effects.
