Due April 15th this will actually be my 3rd... but you know its sooooo new every time... I have 2 girls ages 10 and 5. We do not know the sex of the baby but we really don't have any preference. This will be my fiance's first baby as my first 2 were from my first marriage. Been a very nervous one so far... my fiance went into labour at 31 weeks and was given medication to stop it... tonight b4 se left for teaching a girl guide class she had actually been having some small contractions about every 30 minutes... she will call if anything changes... very exciting and scary... she is now at 34 weeks hopefully she can hold on for another 6

She should drink lots and lots of water, and rest some right now. LOTS AND LOTS of water!

Congratulations!

By the way... you maybe should stay close to home or by a phone or beeper.

Muscles can get irritable when they are dehydrated... spasms and cramps (and contractions) happen....

Ouchies good that sounds painful.

Thank you very much and I am sure I'll find a moment to brag when the time comes...
goodmorphing I think you ment that I should drink lots and lots of water... cause I do recall forgetting about myself the 2 previous times and getting pretty dehydrated... actually she just arrived home and we will be together a lot this weekend ... moving to a bigger apartment, need an extra room!

The water is for her... but sounds like you should have some too. I worked in Labor and delivery, standard advice with early calls of preterm labor was to drink lots and lots of water and lie down and rest. It helped more often than not!

Hmmm......children. I've got a daughter still living at home. She's 25, and still hasn't grown up. Static beware. Be very aware. Their cute only when very young. Like kittens, they grow up to be cats. Ruthless. Demanding. Still ya gotta love'em. >

I'm like your daughter. I'm going to be 22 and still home. Grow up? What's that, never heard of that before.

I have no idea when I'll be moving out either. Poor parents

Just wait Weaksid your turn will come. OC has not only his daughter living with him, but her children as well. (Grankids). Plus I have my aged old parents here as well! I did manage to get my granny to an Old Folks Home a year ago though, now if only I could get my aged old parents to move out...and my daughter...is it possible that a Young Folks Home exists somewhere? Static....congrats...have fun while your young.
